Contact InformationMonoHosting provides web hosting, domain registration, and related technical services. All services are subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and current contact and billing information. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, sending spam, running malicious software, infringing intellectual property, or disrupting networks. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without notice.
Domains are registered on your behalf via third parties. You retain ownership of domains in your name and are responsible for renewing them on time.
MonoHosting provides support for hosting issues but not for third-party tools unless explicitly stated. Support tickets are generally responded to within 24 business hours.
6.1 Services are billed monthly or yearly. Hosting fees cover reserved resources and are not based on usage. Billing continues regardless of activity.
6.2 Fees apply continuously, similar to renting physical space.
6.3 Invoices are due on issue date. If unpaid after 5 days, services may be suspended.
6.4 Accounts can be reactivated upon full payment.
6.5 If suspended or inactive for 12 months, data may be permanently deleted with 30 days notice.
You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods. We may terminate service for violations, abuse, or non-payment.
We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 3 months for affected services.
You agree to indemnify MonoHosting against any loss or damage resulting from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
